* All prices are listed in **Pakistani Rupees (PKR)**.

### Orders

* Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address when placing an order.
* We may contact customers to confirm Cash on Delivery orders.
* Orders may be cancelled if the customer provides incorrect information, cannot be reached for confirmation, or repeatedly refuses COD deliveries.

### Shipping

* A flat shipping charge of **Rs. 250** applies to orders.
* Estimated delivery time is **3–6 business days** after order processing.
* Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

### Returns & Refunds

* Returns are subject to our **7-Day Return & Refund Policy**.
* Products must meet the conditions specified in our Return & Refund Policy before a return or refund is approved.

### Customer Responsibility

* Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact information.
* The Classy Club is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
